Bellinzoni Idea Quarzo
Ready to use impregnating protective agent, solvent based, suitable for protective treatment of quartz surfaces. IDEA QUARZO intensifies the natural colour of material, has good penetration, does not form a film on the surface. It does not turn yellow and is perfect for treating indoor or outdoor surfaces, it is water and dirt resistant. Tests carried out in laboratories demonstrate resistance to UV rays. The treated stone does not change its colour after long exposure to UV rays. It prevents formation of mildew. It can be used for treatment of quartz-resin agglomerates. It is the suitable product to treat kitchen and vanity top; it is certified food safe based on international standard

Instruction for use
Surface must be clean, dry, without any trace of dirt; stone to be treated must not contain salts (sulphates, chlorides and nitrates) since their presence reduces the absorption. Stains, mildew, crusting must be scraped off otherwise they will be harder to remove after protection.
Apply IDEA QUARZO without any dilution, using a cotton or microfiber cloth. Apply necessary quantity up to complete absorption. After 10/15 minutes, remove excess of product with an absorbing cloth. The product can also be applied on the production line.
During application and subsequent drying, temperature of the substrate should be between 10 and 30°C. In case of application on floor with underfloor heating system turn off heating and allow the stone to cool completely.

Suggestion for use and recommendations:
- Do not dilute the product with water or other solvents because the preparation is ready for use.
- The material to be treated must be completely dry.
- Once treated, the surface must be left to dry for 12 hours to complete polymerization.
- In the case of floor treatments wait 12 hours before walking.
- Before use carefully read the recommendations printed on the tin

Application surfaces:
Engineered stones quartz based, polished, unpolished, flamed, rough or bush hammered.
Coverage:
For the treatment of polished quartz, one litre of product can treat around 50 sqm of material.
Maintenance of the treated surface:
For proper maintenance of treatment (floors) we recommend carrying out periodic washing with our LEM-3 neutral detergent, diluted with water according to the amount of dirt to be removed, without using abrasive tools. The treatment has a variable duration, depending on weather condition it is exposed to and wear of the material. If necessary, it is possible to reapply IDEA QUARZO above a previous application.
